After moving to South Florida and meeting wife Lara, Tim’s resume has gone from Executive chef to owner of well known Plantation lunch hot spot Upper Crust. Then moving on to create Milk & Honey Cafe, and now as Executive Chef of The Mustard Seed Bistro with wife and owner Lara Boyd.

A native Floridian, Lara met and fell in love with her husband 9 years ago while running a busy spa in Ft. Lauderdale. Tim was the chef next door and pursued her with his culinary masterpieces. Not long after they met the two began discussing their dream of owning their own restaurant.
